~ Carded felting wool & Combed wool top (Shetland Wool recommended)
~ Felting Surface
~ 2 Felting Needles (38 gauge)

Dog takes approximately 3.5 hrs 
Finished Border Collie size: 3.5" (tall) x 4" (long), x 1.5" (wide).
